1. Can I get my
products delivered to my business?
A. Certainly, if your local Australia Post
Office delivers, or if you have a local courier service, we can
arrange to have your products to your door.

2. Our customers ask us all the time... 'What
freight company should I use?'
A. We've found Australia Post the most reliable
but not always the fastest. For prompt delivery we recommend TNT
Air Express.

3. What is preferred file format for accepting
my own artwork?
A. We accept PDF, EPS, CorelDraw, Photoshop
(PSD), Illustrator (AI). We do accept other formats but if in
doubt please don't hesitate to give us a call.

4. How long will it take to produce my work?
A. As you would expect the more complex and
larger the job the longer the time until delivery. As a general
rule most work is delivered within 21 days of receipt of a signed
proof. However if urgency is extreme a priority fee can be negotiated.

5. Do I have any warranty or guarantee on my
work?
A. Yes. But, your signed proof is an indication
that you have understood and accept your artwork. In the exceptional
circumstance that a printing error has occured we will endeavour
to replace your goods promptly.

6. How long do you keep my artwork on file?
A. We keep your files for the maximum period
as required by law.

7. Do I hold copyright on the artwork?
A. No. Under Australian Law copyright is
retained by the creator of the artwork unless both parties agree
to the separate purchase of the copyright.
